Our Wills are prepared quickly and efficiently for
a modest fixed fee although additional charges are
payable if complex Inheritance Tax planning is involved.
We are a gay-friendly firm and have considerable
experience in advising gay partners.
We provide a sympathetic and swift approach in administering
Estates. Our objective is to realise the assets
of an Estate as quickly as possible, settle any
Inheritance Tax, debts and testamentary expenses
and account to the beneficiaries.
We are able to advise on and prepare forms of Lasting
Powers of Attorney and ultimately Court of Protection
work.
