We offer fixed fees for certain ‘straight forward’ possession cases. For those cases that are defended and/or a counterclaim is filed we are able to assist you by way of our hourly rates *
SECTION 21 - ACCELERATED POSSESSION PROCEEDINGS
- Where there is no Defence and a Court Hearing is not required - £400 + VAT; plus disbursements (Court fee is currently £175).
- Where there is a Defence filed and a Court Hearing is required - £600 + VAT; plus disbursements (Court fee is currently £175).
SECTION 8 - POSSESSION PROCEEDINGS BASED ON GROUND 8, 10 OR 11
There will always need to be a hearing in this type of case. In the event that the matter is either undefended or defended but dealt with and disposed of at the First Hearing then the fees would be £700-£750 + VAT; plus disbursements (Court fee is currently £175).
