Elizabeth
was born and raised in the Midlands but came down
to the Brighton area in 1974 and has remained
here ever since. She obtained her law degree at
Manchester University and qualified as a solicitor
in 1977. She joined this firm in 1988 and has
been a partner since 1989. She will be celebrating
her 30th anniversary of qualifying this year.
Elizabeth has covered all areas of law in her
time, but since 1990 has very largely specialised
in family law including children's cases. She
has trained as a Mediator, particularly with regard
to money matters, through Resolution and is one

solicitors who undertake the Collaborative law
process. She has British Sign Language Stage 1

requirements for children with special needs.
