This
department is headed by Brian Donnan who has many
years experience in advising both employers and
employees on a variety of subjects including the
drafting of Contracts of Employment, disciplinary
grievance and appeal procedures and contractual
disputes.
If you an employer we strongly recommend that
you seek expert guidance before taking action
since appropriate advice at an early stage can
often avoid problems and potential claims.
If you are an employee or about to take up employment
we can advise you on the terms of your contract
and we can also advise you of your rights during
the course of your employment. If your employment
has been terminated or you feel that your employer
has acted wrongly we can advise you in relation
to claims for redundancy, unfair and wrongful
dismissal and sexual, racial and disability discrimination.
We
can advise if you have a stress related injury
or related injury, or any other type of injury
that may have arisen whilst at work.
We
will consider all forms of funding including "no
win no fee" for Employment Tribunal claims.
