over 30 years.

Sue is a Member of the Law Sociaty's Children
Panel, the professional benchmark for
solicitors who have expertise in public
law proceedings when local authorities
issue applications in respect of the child/children
who may be at risk. Sue also interviews
candidates for the Panel.
Recently Sue qualified as a Collaborative
Lawyer (along with Elizabeth Taylor) which
is an alternative way of resolving issues
arising in separation or divorce through
a series of meetings with the former partner
and his/her solicitor without recourse
to court proceedings.
Both Sue and Elizabeth are members of
Resolution (formerly The Solicitors Family
Lawyers Association) that has a Code of
Conduct providing a framework for the
manner in which solicitors should behave
to ensure that the parties can be assured
that their representation will be dealt
with fairly whilst encouraging the parties
to maintain respect for each other throughtout
the process which can be emotionally difficult.
When not working, Sue enjoys eating at
good restaurants, music, reading and fashion.
