As  a viable alternative to Court Proceedings we will look at other ways of resolving problems and disputes.

Alternative Dispute Resolution can include informal discussions, formal mediation, arbitration and other procedures which are designed to provide a quicker, less costly and less confrontational way of resolving potential claims.
